Designed and created a new product range replacing outsourced products with custom IP and innovation, fully designed and assembled in the UK. Product range included high end water dispensers and taps with custom accessories for worldwide sales. Winning industry awards on patented innovations. The distinctive products can be found in high end businesses such as Dior, BMW, Porsche, Transport for London and NHS.

Main responsibilities included researching, onboarding, and communicating with new suppliers, as well as designing and managing a £350,000 set of custom injection-mould tools. I also oversaw the design or development of a custom heater, an LED-backlit capacitive display, an aluminium cast chiller, bespoke wiring looms, and an in-house–designed PCB set. Additional work included supporting custom software and firmware features such as wireless leak detection, telemetry, and advanced fault-finding.
